# Frequently asked questions

## Account and safety

**Do you see my Roblox password?** No. You sign in on Roblox's own site and Roblox tells us who you are. The only thing you ever give Studs directly is a [publishing key](/support/publishing-to-roblox/set-up-your-roblox-api-key-so-you-can-publish), and only if you want us to publish for you.

**Why does Roblox ask for extra permissions?** Studs asks for permission to fetch assets for your game and read thumbnails. It cannot spend Robux, change your password or trade items.

**Can I sign in with email or Google?** Not at the moment. A Roblox account is the only way to sign in.

**How do I change my email or delete my account?** Email [support@studs.gg](mailto:support@studs.gg) from the address on your account and we will take care of it.

## Building

**How long does a run take?** Usually about an hour. Add your email under Account and turn on the finished-run notification so you do not have to wait at the screen. See [How building works and how long it takes](/support/creating-your-game/how-building-works-and-how-long-it-takes).

**How do I stop a run?** Press the **Stop** button while it is building. Work done so far is still charged. If it seems stuck rather than slow, see [My run is stuck, paused or failed](/support/troubleshooting-and-errors/my-game-is-stuck-or-says-generation-failed).

**Can I run two projects at once?** No, one run at a time per account.

**Can I write in my own language?** Yes. English gives the most reliable results, but other languages work.

**Does Pro make better games?** No. [Pro](/support/billing-credits-and-plans/what-do-i-get-with-pro) gives you daily credits, a place at the front of the queue and skips the [waitlist](/support/access-and-waitlist/how-the-waitlist-works). The builder is the same.

**Is Studs free?** Your first run is free: one prompt, one build. Changing it or building again needs Pro, see [How credits work](/support/billing-credits-and-plans/how-credits-work).

## Your game

**Where is my game?** It lives in your project on Studs until you publish it to Roblox or download the `.rbxl`. See [Publish your game to Roblox](/support/publishing-to-roblox/publish-your-game-to-roblox).

**Who owns the game?** You do. Publish it, sell passes in it, edit it in Studio, it is yours.

**Can I play it without publishing?** Download the `.rbxl` and [open it in Roblox Studio](/support/getting-started/do-i-need-roblox-studio). Studs itself shows 3D previews but not a playable version.
