# My game is stuck or says "Generation failed

Deep breath. This is almost always a little hiccup on our side, not something you did. Just hit retry. And good news: a failed build does not cost you credits.

## Try this

* Hit retry (the little circle arrow by the box). It runs your idea again, no retyping.
* If it fails again, wait a minute and try once more. These usually clear up fast.
* Still no luck? Try a shorter, simpler idea. You can add more once it works.

Still stuck? Send us your Run ID (under your avatar, Help and Support) and we will jump in.

* Stuck a long time on a step like "Fetching assets," "Uploading artifact," or "Construction"? Same hiccup. Press **Stop**, then hit retry.
