# The app won't load or looks broken

Studs works in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile. If the page is blank, stuck loading or missing parts, work through this list. If the page loads but your run is the problem, see [My run is stuck, paused or failed](/support/troubleshooting-and-errors/my-game-is-stuck-or-says-generation-failed).

1. Refresh the page.
2. Open [app.studs.gg](https://app.studs.gg) in a private window. If it works there, an extension is interfering. Ad blockers and privacy extensions are the usual cause, so allow [app.studs.gg](https://app.studs.gg) in them.
3. Update your browser, or try a different one.
4. Sign out and back in with Roblox.

## 3D previews will not show

Previews need WebGL. If you see "This browser can't display 3D previews", turn on hardware acceleration in your browser settings or try another browser. Your game is fine, only the preview is affected. Previews also expire after a while, so an old run may show "This preview has expired".
