Who We Are

The Service is operated by Paralov AS (NO936301185MVA, Norway) (“Paralov”, “we”).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using studs.gg and any related products or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Maintain the security of your account and credentials.
• Not engage in harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
• Respect other users and their content.

The Service uses subprocessors on a need-to-know basis (including Hetzner for hosting, Convex for data storage, OpenRouter for gen-AI processing, Polar/Stripe for billing, and PostHog for analytics). Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will try to notify users of significant changes when reasonably possible.

Subscription and Payment Terms

If we offer paid subscriptions, the following terms apply:

• Subscription Plans: studs.gg may offer a paid subscription tier providing increased prompt limits and other premium features.
• Billing: subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time through your account settings (if available). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until that time.

No Refunds Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused prompts, or any other reason after payment has been processed.

Free Trial Period: if we offer a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial period expires and payment is processed, our no-refund policy applies.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

• Prohibited Conduct: initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or refund request through your payment provider is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Termination: any attempt to obtain an unauthorized refund or chargeback may result in immediate and permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of access to the Service, and potential legal action to recover costs and damages.
• Dispute Resolution: if you have concerns about a charge, contact us through our Discord server before initiating any payment dispute. We’ll try to help resolve legitimate billing issues.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, studs.gg and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
